Franchise Fee Including Brand Fee :
Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh Rupees Only). This is One-time Fee and varies in accordance with the State / Metros / City / Town.

Brand Upgradation Fee :
Rs.50,000/- per year applicable from the third year.  

Investment :
Rural India : Rs 6 - 8 Lakhs. 
Urban India : Rs 8 - 10 Lakhs. 
Cities/Metro Cities : Rs 10 - 15 Lakhs. 
Royalty - 30% (Royalty to be paid from your monthly / quarterly collections)

Term of Franchise :
Initially the Agreement Period will be for 5 years and after this period it can be renewed mutually.

Franchise Distance Between Franchise Centres :
No other My School centre will be established in your area with in 3 kms radious. 

Transactions :
All the transactions shall be made in favour of XPRESS Edutech Media Private Limited, Hyderabad.
GST & CGST as per the government policies and is subject to change.

Space Requirement :
An independent building with 6-8 rooms including a play area in front of the building is preferable for setting up a My School franchise centre.  OR an area of 1500  - 2000 Sq.Ft. preferably GROUND FLOOR  is an another good option. Residential area with good density of population will be an added advantage.

Government Permission :
In some states.. government permission is not required for running Nursery, Pre-Primary-I & Pre-Primary-II. If permission required in any state.. the owner of the franchise can apply before the competent authority with the help and guidance of our expirtise team. 

Electricity may be a concern but does not involve much work / money to convert it to commercial.
